mowing serVICES (APRIL-oCTOBER)

• Typical services include mowing of all grassed areas, line trimming around trees, landscape beds, foundations, fencing and all other objects. Blowing of grass clippings and debris from all concrete surfaces, porches, patios, landscape beds, foundations and window wells.

• Double cutting of areas when needed to achieve a professional result

• Height adjustments throughout the season in conjunction with growth rates to keep your lawn looking its best!

mulching (february-april)

• This is an annual upgrade of mulch in all landscaped areas. This service is provided after spring cleaning to give your landscape an extra POP of color for the growing season. Our typical installation includes blowing/raking out all unwanted debris in your landscaped areas followed by adding approximately 1-3" of fresh double treated hardwood mulch.  

shrub trimming and bed maintenance (Year round)

• Trimming service includes shaping/trimming of all evergreen, deciduous, broadleaf evergreen, spuce, juniper and ornamental grasses located in landscaped areas. Smaller ornamental trees located in original beds will  be pruned as a part of the shrub trimming process. Clippings will be blown and raked out of landscaped areas. In some cases, mainly in mulched areas for a clean appearance upon completion.

• Let our team keep your property looking sharp all year long! Bed maintenance services are provided on a monthly basis starting in April continuing through the growing season. Services include: Weed pulling/spraying, trash/debris pick up, curb blowing and sweeping. Minor pruning of shrubs and ornamental trees, bed raking and maintenance as needed.

spring/fall clean-ups (jan-march) (nov-dec)

Typically the first and last lawn service of each growing season with the main purpose being leaf and debris removal from your property. Spring and fall clean ups also include:

• Blowing leaves and debris out of all landscaped areas, around foundations, porches, decks, fencing and window wells. It is our goal to leave your property free of leaves upon the completion of our fall clean up services.

• For customers budgeting for multiple fall clean ups, this service will be performed once mid fall (November) and a second time early winter (December) after all leaves have fallen.

• For customers budgeting for a single fall clean up, this service will be performed one time in the early winter (December) once all leaves have fallen.

• Minor sticks and debris will also be removed from grassed and landscaped areas during this service.
